I have noticed one thing that While i was reading time of Supply the definition says that time of supply shall be earliest of section 31 or Advance received but now there is not tax on advance, so you have to mentioned there circular number or something so that we come to know the actual updated law

Thank you for your observation and response .Please note that Notification no 66 Dt 15-11-17 is given in Section12 of CGST Act
