GTA Service is under RCM, Hence Service Receiver is liable but, But Where the mention turnover (Outward Services) in GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 ?   I want clarity about " Service Provider " Not GTA Service Receiver    

Answer:

In GSTR-3B return, turnover of outward supply of services on which GST is paid is to be mentioned in Column No. 3.1(a). In GSTR-1 return, the above referred information will be furnished in Column no. 4(4B). (Reply dt. 09/10/2017)
