We have done export to Nepal in the month of July 17 on payment of IGST, manual shipping bill was filed and GSTR1 6A is also filed online. Now we require to claim back the IGST paid, please let us know do we need to claim manually or online and how.

At present as per CBEC Circular No. 17/2017-GST dated 15.11.2017 you may file refund claim of IGST paid on zero rated supplies to Nepal manually as on-line Refund Module is not yet functional. . (Reply Dt. 10/01/2018)
