Question12: We are a domestic manufacturer, can we store our goods in the storage tanks of SEZ unit and take from there as and when required.

Answer The SEZ area is governed by the SEZ Act Any unit located in SEZ brings material to use it for further supply Which may be trading or manufacturing but it can not bring material for storage (ware housing) Please see the letter of approval of the unit whether the permission is granted other then for trading /manufacturing
