Question13: 1. Kindly let me know as to how verification of the ITC claimed through the Trans 1 is to be done. 

2. Whether credit of entire duty paid (upto 30/06/2017) on the finished goods ,stored away from the factory at the duty paid godowns, is available to the assessee.

Answer: A person can operate in different capacities at any point of time he can be manufacturer, trader as well a service provider The stock kept in godown is in capacity of trader and credit of the same is available on the basis of duty paying documents. (Reply dt. 16/11/2017)
