Is there any change in furnishing LUT/BOND in case of export to Nepal/Bhutan ?

Answer:

According to CBEC Circular No. 8/8/2017-GST dated 04.10.2017 exports to all countries can be made by registered persons under the procedure of LUT except deemed exports to EOUs. Accordingly, exports can be made to Nepal and Bhutan against LUT without the payment of IGST (Reply dt. 07/12/2017)
