What is the provision in E-Way Bill for Export, from transport to Dock or Custom point.

Answer:

E-way bill is required for movement of goods with in Country as per validity period according to Rule 138(10). 

Thus E-way bill is required from transport to dock/custom port till the goods are handed over to Govt for export.

 Exemption  from e-way bill is provided only in case of import for movement of goods from port to CFS for clearance by custom. .(REPLY dt. 2/2/2018)
