One of my client sale goods whose size is small but value is more than 50,000.  customer comes at his shop and purchase the item and take it by hand.  what is the role of eway bill from 1st feb. 18.

Answer:

The provisions relating to E way bill are applicable not on the basis of dimention(size) of the product but on the basis of value of the product so EWB should be issued if the product is not exempted from the application of EWB .(REPLY dt. 24/1/2018)
