We are in impression that IGST rate for Chapter 8302 was reducted from 28% to 18%, if so, please advice from which Notification it was done, if not, please also confirm that rate not changed so far.

You are right. Rate of tax has been reduced on goods covered under HSN Code 8302 from 28% to 18% vide Notification No. 41/2017-CT (R) dated 15.11.2027. (Reply dt. 21/11/2017)
